These Terms of Use govern the purchase and access to the digital products offered on stefanidaily.com.br. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to the conditions described below.

1. Purpose

Stefani Daily sells digital products (e-books, guides, and similar content) related to recipes, beauty, and home care, made available for online access after payment is confirmed.

2. Registration and account

You are responsible for keeping your account access details confidential and for all activity carried out through it. The information provided at registration must be true and kept up to date.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Brazilian reais (R$) and payment is processed through our partner Asaas, via Pix or credit card. Access to the product is released automatically once payment is confirmed by the responsible institution.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may cancel your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days of the payment confirmation date, with no need to give a reason, by requesting it via e-mail at [CONTACT E-MAIL TO BE DEFINED]. In that case, the amount paid will be fully refunded.

5. Content license

Access granted is personal and non-transferable, intended exclusively for the buyer's own use. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of the content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior authorization.

6. Intellectual property

All content made available (text, images, recipes, and materials) is the property of Stefani Daily or of licensed third parties, and is protected under copyright law.

7. Limitation of liability

The content offered is informational and inspirational in nature. Use of the information, recipes, and recommendations is the user's sole responsibility.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The consumer's home jurisdiction is elected to settle any disputes, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
